A Comparative Market Analysis is prepared for the purposes of potentially listing or selling your Home and to obtain top dollar based on a review of Comparable Sales on Comparable Homes recently sold or being marketed in your area and should not be confused with an Appraisal often prepared for other purposes such as Financing etc.
